What The Gap Costs You Over Time

Shares Earned By Unit Count
LPT awards RSUs every year based on your annual core transactions. Awards stack: hit Silver and you also earn White; hit Gold and you earn White + Silver + Gold; hit Black and you earn all four. Each award vests over 3 years. Liquidity depends on future IPO, acquisition, or internal buyback — not currently publicly traded.
